Next year is dedicated to the karting industry: Celebrating 50 years of karting Las Vegas will be the host of the first American-European Grand Prix Kart Festival.
The first of this annual Grand Prix Kart Festival will be held at the XPlex Racetrack, located at the legendary Las Vegas Boulevard South. Aproximately 400 kart racers from Europe, North America, Canada and Mexico will compete for the prize money of 100.000 US Dollars, shared between the first 3 places in all classes. All places 4 to 100 will get money prizes too. Prizes are paid in cash. A lottery drawing for all participants will be held at the end of the spectacel. Getting into the largest kart event ever is simple and easy: signup with a payment of 35 US Dollars, and get 5 gallons of gas free (value of 40 US Dollars). Entries are limited to 250 drivers from North America, 100 drivers from Europe, 50 drivers from Canada and 50 drivers from Mexico. The Las Vegas Grand Prix Kart Festival will be 6 days long - enough time for practice, qualifying, heat, main race AND pleasure, of course! (It's VEGAS, Baby!)
TAG/Shifter, 4-cycle and 2-cycle karts will be accepted.
